Well I’d be afraid of the Rihanna Navy, too, if I were Karrueche. Do you know how badly they want their leader to be back with the leader of Team Breezy? Bad enough that they’ll let Chris Brown beat them for it. And the fact my joke ain’t far from the truth….

Karrueche is telling friends that she’s scared to death to leave the house without a bodyguard because Rihanna’s fans are crazy and sending out death threats. Ever since the speculation of Rihanna’s “sweeter than a rice cake” pic posted to Instagram last week, The Navy has been in an uproar. Just reading Karoach’s (shout out to Jia) mentions will make you clutch your pearls. I guess Rihanna wasn’t joking when she said she was going to “make [Karrueche her] b*tch”.

But several of Rihanna’s fans took the joke one step too far — unleashing an avalanche of violent threats on Karrueche … like “I hope Rihanna beat the dog shit outa yo ass!” … “Watch yo back” … and “I will kill you.”

Rihanna never admitted the rice cake jab was directed at Karrueche — but sources close to Karrueche tell TMZ, she now refuses to leave her house without Chris Brown’s hired muscle by her side.

As for Karrueche’s infamous BF — we’re told CB is 100% supportive of his new lady …despite getting close with Rihanna recently … and is urging her not to worry.

The real lesson here — don’t date Chris Brown.
