Beyonce gave the BeyHive a surprise just moments ago by uploading a behind the scenes video of the making of the Revel concert.

Inside the video, Beyonce talks about her fears of going back on stage after just giving birth to Blue Ivy only in January. “I’m back to work. I’m back to business.” Watching her behind the scenes having a say in every aspect of her business is inspiring. She’s very involved.
