Kris Humphries’ legal team is now being reported as wanting to subpoena Kanye West since  Kim Kardashian recently admitted to Oprah that she has known Kanye for almost a decade and maybe having relations with her during her show and marriage. Kris has recently been rumored claiming that Kris Jenner directed and marketed Kim’s sex tape to recent girlfriend Myla Sinanaj, causing Kim’s legal team to subpoena her which could hurt his case. But with this subpoena of Kanye West, it may actually help him win.

“Kris lawyer, Lee Hutton, has no choice but to depose Kim’s new boyfriend, Kanye West. Kim has publicly said that she and Kanye have been friends for years, and Kris’ lawyers want to know if the two were ever intimate before they went public with their relationship a few months ago. Kris has no reason to believe that Kim was unfaithful to him during their very short marriage. Of particular interest to Team Humphries is Kanye’s involvement in the Kardashian reality shows as he appeared on an episode ofKourtney & Kim Take New York. Kris lawyers will delve into if Kanye’s appearance on the show, and what his involvement in the shows are going forward. Kris believes that Kim felt tremendous pressure to get married to him on camera, and this goes to the heart of his claim that the marriage is fraudulent,” the source added.

If Kim and Kanye were to have relations previously, particularly during Kris and she’s marriage (which wouldn’t be far-fetched), Kris can slam dunk this case as a win. I really would like to know the entire truth to the failure of their marriage, and more behind the scenes scoop on Kim and Kanye. I’m sure there’s more dirt there. Maybe I need to start watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians again because I know Kanye will soon make an appearance.
