Yesterday, Azealia Banks released the video for her track LUXURY from her FANTASEA mixtape. I can honestly say I have not gotten through that whole mixtape in one sitting, and have been repeating my favorites since I downloaded it. LUXURY isn’t one of my favorite songs, but I can appreciate the flow and lyrics.

The video is set of course in Azealia’s hometown of New York City. The harlem rapper spends most of her time on top of a building with a great shot of the Empire State Building behind her. Azealia’s dancers from her 1991 video made another appearance doing some old school vogue moves. I don’t know why her dancers give me such life, but they do.

This video was full of great black and white beauty shots of Azealia. I don’t know if someone beat her face for sugar, spice, and everything nice or if her skin is actually that porcelain, but either way, I LIVE. She’s really a pretty girl and her music is definitely growing on me. I believe she’ll be a star very soon, if not now. Even after all the twitter beefs and angst, this girl knows her music.
