It was only a few days ago that Oprah sat down with Kim Kardashian and family to interview them about their more than extraordinary rise to fame. Oprah ended her special asking Kim, “Is Kanye West the new fairy tale?” We were all very heated that it ended like that, but it definitely built the suspense we needed to watch this coming Sunday.

In the clip inside, Kim explains her relationship with Kanye West, and it appears to be an affirmation to them being official. I so didn’t want this to be true for these reasons.

“We met maybe almost a decade ago. I’ve known him for a really long time. We’ve been friends for like six or seven years. So, it’s very comforting to have someone that knows everything about you. That respects you. Understands. Has gone through the similar things. I can really relate to his mother passing. He can really relate to my father passing. I mean there’s so many similarities in our life that… I feel like I’m at a really happy, good space…. But I think I needed to go through all my experiences and some that he’s gone through.” Kim says.

 

This has created even more suspense within me. I hate that I won’t be home to watch it, but best believe it’ll be DVRed. Check out the video after the jump and post your thoughts.
