PETA Wants Kanye West Flour-Bombed Next

PETA’s Senior Vice President, Dan Matthews, responded to Kanye West’s controversial lyric in Theraflu – “Tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor” – and they aren’t too happy about his blatant disrespect.

“What’s draggin’ on the floor is Kanye’s reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings,” said Matthews. “He’s a great musician but doesn’t seem to have the fashion sense to design anything more than caveman costumes. We keep hoping that one day he’ll find his heart and join evolved style icons—including Russell Simmons, Pink, and Natalie Portman—who have dropped animal skins.”

Kanye was called out two years ago by PETA after he and then girlfriend, Amber Rose, wore long fur coats to Paris Fashion Week. But obviously Kanye isn’t going to listen.

He better do something soon, or he’ll find himself flour-bombed or worse, like his current love interest Kim Kardhasian was a few weeks ago on the red carpet of her own event. (I hate that that post got deleted. UGH)

I guess PETA got my message. I’m so messy for no reason.

Kanye West & Kim Kardashian in Love and Out to Lunch

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were seen out and about yesterday after Kanye’s controversial track, Theraflu, was released on Wednesday night.

In the song, Kanye confesses his love for Kim Kardashian - “And I’ll admit I had fell in love Kim, ’round the same time she had fell in love with him.” – and also threatened Kris Humpries career – “Well that’s cool baby girl do ya thing. Lucky I ain’t have Jay drop him from the team.” Talk about pouring salt in the wound.

You’d think after a song like that was released Kim would try her best to keep it cute and stay away from Ye. But keeping a hoe from a man is like keeping a fly from sh*t.

Now, I’ve been known to defend Kim’s career like no other, but when it comes to that p*ssy of hers, it gets her into a whole lot of mess. I don’t care if a man or woman wants to sling or throw their junk around to the most wayward or random individual, but when you get your emotions involved and it becomes a moment of desperation, I have a problem. Kim really needs to learn how to stay single for more than 3 weeks at a time. I get sick of her jumping to the new black d*ck coming up behind her – even if it is mulatto.

People have been commenting that Kanye and Kim would be perfect together. I’d agree they’d look cute, but nawl. My momma commented by saying you can’t turn a hoe into a housewife – not in those exact words, but she did use hoe – and that’s not something you should bring home to your mom. Kanye could do so much better. And it’s a shame how people called Amber Rose a hoe, yet that girl only held one black d*ck in her for a couple years, not a new one every month.

Check out footage and photos of Kim and Kanye leaving Serfina’s yesterday. How do you feel about their “relationship”? Do you think Kim is a hoe? Do you really think she’s good for Kanye? And check out the track Theraflu.

Katy Perry On The Cover of ‘Teen VOGUE’

Katy Perry is glamourous in literal head-to-toe blue – Zac Posen dress – on the cover of the May 2012 issue of Teen VOGUE. Inside the issue, the singer discusses her success with Teenage Dream, which received her the record of most #1 singles from an album once held by Michael Jackson, her upcoming Part Of Me 3D movie, and how her freinds keep her grounded.

TEEN VOGUE: Teenage Dream was a juggernaut—you matched Michael Jackson’s Hot 100 record for the most number one songs off a single album, and then “Part of Me,” a new song off the special edition, debuted at the top of the chart. Is it still exciting to get that kind of response?

KATY PERRY: Of course! I’m not like, “Ugh, number one again.” It’s funny, though—my label gets so caught up in the statistics, just because they’re excited. But for me, I don’t need to grind it into anyone’s head that I’m popular. If you like my music, great, and if you don’t, whatever. I’m going to keep making it either way. This does feel a bit like the record that never ends. But I wanted to release The Complete Confection for the hard-core fan who wants everything: three new songs, the remixes, and it’s all in a cute little package.

TEEN VOGUE: Were you thinking along those same lines when you decided to make the movie?

KATY PERRY: I wanted to document the tour, because when we started to book these really big venues, I felt like I was going all in. And I figured that by the end of it I’d be bankrupt or else I’d look like the smartest music businesswoman of my age, and I thought either outcome would be interesting. More than that, though, I wanted to show people this parade that surrounds me … I wanted them to see the engine. I think sometimes they look at me and wonder, How is it possible that she continues to have this kind of success? Why are the stars so aligned for her? But, while that is a factor, it’s not the whole story. I also work my tail off! And, of course, I wanted people to be able to experience the tour and all the joy it brought, which is why we shot it in 3-D. And this is amazing 3-D. It’s definitely not just a marketing tool.

TEEN VOGUE: Were you inspired by other pop documentaries, like Justin Bieber’s Never Say Never or Madonna’s Truth or Dare?

KATY PERRY: A little. Madonna is everything to me, and that movie is amazing because it caught her at a time when she was a bit more vulnerable. I wanted to do that too, to capture a snapshot of who I am now so that I can remind myself what I’ve lost if I ever do become totally jaded. [Laughs]

Alicia Keys on The Cover of ‘VIBE Magazine’

Alicia Keys is on the cover of the April/May 2012 issue of VIBE Magazine. Inside the issue, the talented singer speaks about the forming of her relationship with Swizz Beats.

But spend a couple of hours with them drinking cocktails that taste like tropical fruit juice, and it’s clear they don’t need color-coordinated outfits to get the point across. He’ll tug at the sleeve of her coat to help her shimmy out of it. Her hand will rest sweetly on his thigh. They’ll talk about their partnership in a way that says, “We want the whole world to have what we have,” and they’ll do it by telling you about the moment when they knew they were soul mates.

“It was the craziest thing,” says Dean, leaning forward in his chair. “We had a work lunch with some people, and I get home and look in the back pocket—”

“My credit card was in his pocket,” Keys finishes the story, eyes wide. “Why was my credit card in his pocket?”

One explanation might be that he’d grabbed it by accident when they split the check, but that would be too prosaic. They saw the credit card debacle as a sign, the first of many. Well, second, if you count the time, 14 years ago, when they first met and Dean tried unsuccessfully to get her number from his friend. “It wasn’t our time yet,” he says with a smile.

Alicia Keys is currently working on her sixth studio album. I can’t wait to hear what the 14-Grammy Award winning artist has in store. What is your favorite Alicia Keys album and song?

Mary J. Blige Denounces Singing Her Heart Out for Crispy Chicken Wraps

Mary J. Blige’s controversial Crispy Chicken Wrap Commercial for Burger King has since been taken down due to a copyright claim from Universal Music Group. Since the videos inception, Mary’s fans – and the black community – have been in an uproar that Mary was involved in a video where she sang like Shug during “God’s Trying To Tell You Something” for crispy chicken, instead of our Lord and Savior.

Mary J. tells TMZ, “I agreed to be a part of a fun and creative campaign that was supposed to feature a dream sequence. Unfortunately, that’s not what was happening in that clip.”

Mary also says, “I understand my fans being upset by what they saw. But, if you’re a Mary fan, you have to know I would never allow an unfinished spot like the one you saw go out.”

Burger King confirms the ad was released prematurely “before all of the licensing and final approvals were obtained.” The fast food giant also says, “We would like to apologize to Mary J. and all of her fans for airing an ad that was not final.”

Goodness, I feel so bad for poor girl. Did you find the commercial to be that controversial? If not, bump and boogie to a mix by Fatha Julz after the jump.

NEW MUSIC: Kanye West Feat. DJ Khaled, ‘Theraflu’

Kanye West dropped this new track called Theraflu featuring DJ Khaled revealing some very interesting news. This young man confessed his love for Kim Kardashian while reading Kris Humphries for blood and boots. I can NOT. Sir.

“And I’ll admit I had fell in love Kim, ’round the same time she had fell in love with him. Well that’s cool baby girl do ya thing. Lucky I ain’t have Jay drop him from the team.” Whelp. Maybe there was some truth to what Amber Rose said about Kanye cheating on her with Kim.

Listen to Theraflu from Kanye West below and post your thoughts. I’m feeling this like sh*t. This signals a big ass comeback. Good Lord Jesus.
